Gordon Ramsay is set to expand his empire with the opening of London’s third Maze Grill this May, on the former site of his Foxtrot Oscar restaurant in Chelsea (pictured below)
Hot on the heels of Maze Grill Park Walk (set to open 22 April, first reported by us in February), the 55-cover Chelsea site will serve the brand’s signature rare-breed steak (below) alongside fish and poultry hot off the grill. Expect a plentiful array of small plates, salads, sushi and sashimi aimed at informal all-day dining (just like the flagship Maze Grill in Mayfair).
Maze Grill Chelsea will mark the 14th UK restaurant in the Gordon Ramsay Group portfolio, which also includes Heddon Street Kitchen, Union Street Café and The Narrow.
