Les Enfants Terribles theatre company and ebp, the creators of Olivier Award-nominated Alice’s Adventures Underground and The Game’s Afoot, are for the first time recreating one of Roald Dahl’s titles specifically for adults*, in collaboration with immersive dining experts Bompas & Parr and the creative masterminds at Creature of London.
Join Mr and Mrs Twit in their windowless house and ghastly garden for an evening you will never forget.
Fish the glass eye from your prickly cocktail aperitif, eat gruesome hors d’oeuvres, hunt for concealed canapés, then brave a baroque bird pie banquet and potentially perilous pudding. The whole meal takes place among 90 minutes of entertainment from the worst hosts ever (unless you also happen to dislike small children and relish cornflake-crusted beards).
After dinner, guests head to the Muggle-Wumps Downside Up Cocktail Cavern. Take a seat and relax in the Muggle-Wumps’ topsy-turvy turnabout world, serving up questionable cocktails and tantalising tinctures courtesy of Bompas & Parr, including a Twits Garden Spritz (first image) and The Terrible Shrinks.

Dinner At The Twits takes place on weekday evenings (excluding Mondays) and weekend afternoons and evenings, from 4 September until 3 October 2016. Each sitting is 90 minutes and tickets range from £75-110, all including a ‘prickly’ aperitif, dinner with half a bottle of wine each and, of course, masses of entertainment.
