Hakata Tonkotso ramen is Shoryu's house speciality – a slow-cooked thick white pork soup, served with thin, straight ramen noodles, topped with soy-marinated poached egg.

Cuisine: Spanish
Turbo-charged Spanish chef José Pizarro's menu provides all the expected tapas standards rendered to an uncommonly high standard – from crisp yet gooey mushroom croquetas, to fleshy prawn buñuelos (fritters) with saffron aïoli.
Skate & Dine: 25% off food (for a maximum of four diners) when booking for a lunch or dinner from Monday to Wednesday and all day on Saturday, throughout November and December. Piccolino
Cuisine: Italian
Piccolino brings a taste of Italy to the heart of the City: Choose from Italian favourites including risottos, classic pasta dishes and stone-baked pizzas, as well as a selection of succulent meat and fresh fish dishes.
Skate & Dine: Dine from the set menu with a complimentary glass of Prosecco or soft drink, priced from £18-23 for one to three courses. Alternatively, from 24 November you can choose a main course from Piccolino's festive menu to receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco or soft drink.

Cuisine: US-style seafood and steaks
The crab here is served shell-on – and finger-licking is all part of the fun.
Skate & Dine: A sharing seafood platter and a Festive Fizz cocktail for £15 per person (based on two sharing). Not so hungry? You can pick up a minced pie and mulled cider for £5.

A happy blend of Parisian café with Provençal-based food and a short, mostly French wine list.

Comptoir Libanais
Cuisine: Lebanese
Choose from mezze, flatbreads, tagines, wraps, salads, pastries, cakes and more. Pumpkin kibbeh, and crunchy fattoush are perennial favourites, washed down with homemade lemonade.

Rocket’s casual, all-day ethos and comfortable, lively vibe make it a great pace to carry on the party once you step off the ice. Choose from stone-baked pizzas, salads, garlic-roasted poussin and much more.
