Try the Samuel Pepys (Stew Lane, Off Upper Thames Street, London – thesamuelpepys.co.uk). Stylish interior and fantastic views across the Thames. I have it on reliable authority that you could have exclusive hire on a Monday or Tuesday for that kind of spend.
I think you'll be hard pushed to find somewhere that cheap but I think Sound London have got some deals for about £35? Or maybe try a shared party, they are always cheaper.
