Does anyone know if there's a Thai event caterer? Or a caterer that does great Thai food? I know that just about anyone can knock up a passable curry but I'm looking for someone who'd do slightly quirkier stuff – like som tam (green papaya salad) and mar hor (those canapes with pineapple and caramelised pork). Any ideas?
My brother did Thai food at his wedding reception. It was many years ago now but I remember it was very good. Think it was Lettice that did the catering.
