In Spain, they have this tradition where everyone has to eat 12 grapes at midnight – one for every chime of the bell. Obviously, there's not enough time to chew them all so people end up looking like hamsters, with their cheeks full of grapes. Always a laugh! Health and safety might have issues with it, though…
