Lunch & Dinner venues for a 100+ people in London in October?

Hi,
I hope someone is able tohelp! I am looking for recommendations on the following:

1) Lunch on a Sunday in October for a group of 100-150 people in London for a conference. They will be in either the Greenwich or Tower Hill area.

2) Dinner on a Tuesday night (for the same group) preferably around the Westminister area but not essential, some informal and relaxing as the end of the conference. Will be for around 80-100 people, sit down dinner with drinks.

Any suggestions would be greatly received.
