We normally take a small group of our top sales team away on a long weekend to Europe. In light of the current situation planning a trip to the UK instead. Any suggestions? Our top ten sales performers and their partners, somewhere easy to get to with the Wow factor, May/June preferably not a big wedding venue!

I have just spent the weekend at Hambleton Hall, wonderful setting overlooking Rutland Water and amazing food from Aaron Patterson and his team, a visit would certainly motivate your sales team! It is not a large hotel so I wouldn't imagine they get over run with Weddings.

Babington House! It's an amazing venue, great service, lovely grounds, good food. Plus they have a Cowshed Spa, in case you want to indulge your sales team a little…

Stapleford Park in Leicestershire gives the quintessential country experience. Falconry, shooting and horse riding are all great fun and the individually designed bedrooms are a real treat.

It has to be ‘Lime Wood’ hotel in the New Forest. Absolutely stunning with a wonderful restaurant and stunning setting: limewoodhotel.co.uk

I've also heard Lime Wood is great – can't wait to try that one out. Other favourites are Summer Lodge, Chewton Glen and the Old Course Hotel in St Andrews. Or what about Paris/Brussels/Antwerp as incentive destinations? The Eurostar is so quick now they're only a couple of hours away.

Oooh yes, Chewton Glen is just lovely!

Fawsley Hall (near Milton Keynes) is also absoutely heavenly. Queen Elizabeth I stayed there in the 1500's and they have a lovely spa and a great restaurant called “Equilibrium” – fawsleyhall.com There is a lovely chapel in the background and fields of sheep. It really is a great hideaway. They have an outdoor Jacuzzi too and a great pool and facilities.
