I have to organise two separate hen dos next year and struggling to find inspiration.

Has anyone been to a really good hen do in London recently? Does anyone have any bright ideas? Any new places opened that suit the age range mid 20s to 50s?

Any suggestions welcome!

K West in Shepherd's Bush does a Rock & Roll package that sounds great: three hours in a top studio, recording and mixing a song that they then burn on CDs to take away (to play at the wedding perhaps), followed by overnight stay at the hotel. Check it out: reservations.ihotelier.com/crs/p prod.cfm?ProdID=241089&HotelID=3547

try Rock a Hula at Bloomsbury Lanes rockahula.org but remember to book a lane and table to eat in advance as you won't get a lane on spec on the night! good fun and lots of people go in 50's gear and there's always good entertainment, quite busy and just been in Sunday Times Style.

How about the new Proud Cabaret? I'm going there with a bunch of girls for my hen reunion in a couple of weeks. It looks like a proper old supper club (I've always thought Pigalle Club was a bit too gimmicky) so maybe give it a go. Think you can hire a VIP area there too
