Unfortunately, we don't have personal experience from evening courses in event management so no recommendations from us but we've asked the Twitter events community if they can help so fingers crossed.
We also tried Google and came up with this hteschools.com but don't know the school ourselves.
We'd also recommend learning on the job by signing up for evening work with an event staff company.
