Dinner & Dance (200 people)

Cherrytree( London )

I have been asked to organise a “dinner & dance” for our employees & partners. The event should take place in London, ideally somewhere central so that everyone can get easily back home. My budget is about £150.00 per person incl. room hire, food, music etc. The event should ideally take place before the end.

Would anyone have organised something similar before or would have any ideas on venues etc? Any recommendations would help me enormously as this the first “ball” in my life I have to organise.

Thank you very much in advance for any help.

Hi Cherrytree

Don't panic! The best thing to do is complete one of our helpline enquiry forms online:

squaremeal.co.uk/venues/helpline

or you can give the Helpline team a call on 020 7840 6299 to talk through all the options.

This is a free service that we run and we can put you in touch with all the various venues that match what you are looking for.

Trust us, it will be much easier than you think!

There's lots of venues around that offer ‘fully inclusive dinners’ (food, drink, room hire and entertainment) so you should have some good choices. However, many of the key dates in December will have gone by now; try the Brewery as they always do amazing themed parties for Christmas or The Commonwealth Club too. There's alos lots of party orgnisers like Ultimate Event, Evolve, Mask etc.

The Grand Connaught Rooms might be a good option, they are reopening next week and have ballroom space, also I heard at one of the seminars at Old Billingsgate that a new venue is opening in Northumberland House which I seem to remember has two ballrooms
