Hi there

We are looking for a venue which can hold a presentation for 70 people theatrestyle with a seperate room for a cocktail reception afterwards.

Previous years we have used the Soho hotel and Charlotte Street hotel.

Look forward to hearing any suggestions!

Many thanks
Eve

Hi Eve,

Thanks for your query.

There are plenty of West-End nightclubs that have great AV kit that’s perfect for presentations. And, of course, they’ll be able to put on some of the best cocktail receptions in town!

We’d suggest:

24 Club
Sound London Vanilla

Or, for more a more presentation-specific venue, you can’t go far wrong with the likes of:

Altitude 360-London
15 Hatfields
Cpc-City Presentation Centre

Hope that helps! You can always call our free helpline team on 020 7840 6299 for more advice

I've used The Gallery at The Hospital club in Covent Garden for that sort of thing before, although being a gallery it's a blank canvas and you have to hire in furniture etc (I normally use Great Hire) – but they have an in-house team that could probably do all that for you.

If it was a day time event I'd definitely recommend the Sketch gallery in Conduit Street, but because you've mentioned about cocktails afterwards I think the cost to go into the evening would be prohibitive.

If you're willing to move out slightly, Bermondsey Square Hotel's events suite would work though, and it also has a good adjoining terrace if the weather's half decent.

hi Eve. We look after the Bermondsey Square Hotel event space in SE1 (just by London Bridge Station and would be very interested in seeing if we could be of assistance to you. We have our own private event floor with connecting bar and terrace which would make for a great setting for your event.
do get in contact with Katy or Jemma in the office who will happily talk through the information with you. Their number is 020 8 453 3310.
I hope we might be able to help
kind regards, Emily
