 | Nick P.( 40s, Male, United Kingdom )Things may have changed but when I ran a bar a few years ago, if the glass didn't indicate the measure and you served wine by the glass it was a legal requirement to measure out the wine. Maybe you should see it as a measure of their professionalism and at least you know you aren't being short changed. They could be a little bit more discreet and if they have got everything else right which it sounds like they have I suggest buy a bottle next time.
