 | I'd go for Club Gascon, but only because you can eat course after course of foie gras. I've eaten in both parts of Eastside, the more casual bistro is the nicer space, but the menu is on the short side. The food in the formal dining room is impressive but bland surroundings and (in the early days at least) very slow service.

 | R.R.Gill( 30s, Male, United Kingdom )I'm going to head to the Eastside as soon as possible – I've missed Bjorn VDH as a chef on the scene since he left the greenhouse.

 | Can’t really sat re Eastside, but do remember a very good dinner at La Noisette. Bjorn even came and smoozed us at the table. But would say if you are a fan of fois, then Club garcon but if you want more stared (Michelin rather than celebrity) cuisine then Bjorn is your man.

 | John G.( 40s, Male, United Kingdom )Had a wonderful dinner at ESI a few weeks back in the fine dining side although friends have also been to the brasserie section and stated that's good, too. The tasting menu is amazing especially the white chocolate ball dessert – see it melt! Excellent wine list, too. Rather odd location for a fine dining section but definitely worth checking out. Service was delightful. J.

 | Robert B.( 50s, Male, United Kingdom )Don't rush, if you haven't already…mixed experiences. Think that Conran does it better. Room is great, service very patchy, food inconsistent.

 | Garlic Confit( 30s, Male, United Kingdom )Eastside – Very average for too much money. Food was tasty but small portions, limp atmosphere and overpriced.

 | Eastside isn't a patch on La Noisette. Club Gascon wins hands down for me – there is a sense of occasion I doubt you will find with The Eastside. I look forward to your review…
