 | Tachbrook82( 30s, Female, United Kingdom )Have had this problem in the past. The first time I went to the Roux brasserie which was really good. Laid back, tasteful decoration and friendly service and not too ‘kiddie’ which a lot of restaurants seem to be at christmas. I've also been to Gary Rhodes at the Cumberland which was fantastic, but less traditional with edgy design and full of a slightly younger crowd. Menu not all traditional but interesting and very tasty. Think Galvin at Windows might do something Christmassy but probably is extortionate. Hope this helps!

 | Kaprow( 30s, Female, London )I bet The Rib Room at the Carlton Tower would do an amazing xmas roast if it was open – try giving them a call! Anywhere you go is always going to be expensive, though: staff deserve to be paid extra for having to work on xmas day!
