Try to get a table at 41 grados if you can – it is Albert Adria's (brother of Ferran) place and you get an amazing sequence of highly inventive, delicious but most of all fun courses including a few El Bulli classics like the spherified olives.
I've heard good things too about Commerc24 and Cinq Sentits but haven't tried them out myself.
