Hello,I would like to book a really special restaurant for my mother whose 90 years of age on 2nd January next year. She likes grandeur and tradition so I was thinking of the Ritz but wanted something less predicatable. This could be in London or slightly further out of London.Also, somewhere with some soft light music eg a jazz/blues pianist maybe but not essential.Grateful for any tips.Regards
