Random House and Fairmont President’s Club are hosting a dinner dedicated to Clarissa Dickson Wright and her book, A History of English Food – and they're giving away a pair of tickets to the event worth £250.
The evening kicks off with a Champagne-and-canapé reception and a talk by the author. Guests can then enjoy a four-course meal, with dishes inspired by the book. After the meal, guests will take away a signed copy.
The event takes place on Thursday 10 November at 6pm; dinner starts at 7pm. Find out more about the competition.
