Serial small-plates restaurateurs Ed Wilson and Oli Barker – the brains behind Terroirs, Brawn and Soif – are launching a fourth site later this year.
The venue, on the site of Covent Garden fixture the Green Man & French Horn, will keep the name of the former pub (located at 54 St Martin's Lane) when the doors reopen in September.
The menu will follow the format of the restaurant’s siblings, but will concentrate on the food and wine of France’s Loire region, with an emphasis on fish and seafood. Diners can expect carefully sourced wines from the area’s smaller producers.
