Wine merchant Les Caves de Pyrène will lead a night of fine wine and dining at Corrigan’s Mayfair on Saturday 4 February and Friday 2 March.
Guests can enjoy a Champagne-and-canapé reception before sitting down to four-course dinner. During the meal, Doug Wregg from Les Caves de
Pyrène will talk guests through an eclectic mix of award-winning wines, each paired with one of the restaurant’s dishes.
Ingredients such as oysters, red mullet, grouse and artisan cheeses will be served alongside imaginative wines such as the 2009 Domaine Dard et Ribo, Crozes-Hermitages (Rhône) and the company's
pioneering 'natural' wines.
The wine-tasting dinner costs £120, including a glass of Paul Déthune Ambonnay Grand Cru Champagne upon arrival, all food and matching wines, plus tea/coffee and petits fours. The 4 February event
takes place at lunchtime; the 2 March event takes place in the evening.
