Wine Dinners at Summer Lodge

Summer Lodge

Summer Lodge's 2007 programme of wine dinners promises to be a real treat for foodies & wine buffs. The luxurious Relais & Châteaux hotel in Dorset will be hosting dinners on the first Tuesday of each month, when the skills of chef Steven Titman will marry the extraordinary knowledge & experience of sommelier Eric Zwiebel.

The dinners are masterminded by Eric, who recently fought off stiff competition to become France's only representative in the 'Best Sommelier in Europe' competition in 2006. Focusing on a selected house or style, with a guest speaker to inform & entertain diners, these special evenings begin at 7pm with an introduction to the selected wines. The following dinner includes a delicious four-course menu specially created by Steven Titman to complement the five different wines (including apéritifs) showcased during the evening.
