The Celtic Manor Resort will host a gourmet evening at Owens restaurant, home to Nick Evans, Welsh Chef of the Year. Evans has created a
set menu that combines Welsh and Spanish flavours, which will be complimented by wines from Spanish winery, Torres. The evening includes a drinks reception with tapas, followed by a four-course
meal. Torres sommelier Franck Massard will speak to guests about the history and philosophy of Torres wines.
