Quadrato Restaurant is launching Oceano, its themed seafood and jazz evenings, every Saturday.

Early Saturday morning, executive chef Marco Bax will be visiting Billingsgate Fish Market to personally select the finest and freshest seafood available. Guests will be able to choose their favourites from the seafood buffet and Bax and his team will suggest the cooking style and method.

The jazz will be performed by a constantly changing line-up of talented up-and-coming jazz musicians from Trinity College of Music.
