Gourmet Dinner at Mju

In the summer issue of Square Meal Magazine, wine writer Natasha Hughes described ultimate, sublime wine and food matchings as few and far between. Or so she thought before she headed down to Mju ‘for what turned out to be a revelatory experience’. The food at Mju is arguably one of London’s best-kept secrets and, when expertly matched by Mju’s executive chef Tom Thomsen and sommelier Stuart Hudson to wines from one of South Africa’s most dynamic wineries, it produced a meal ‘made in heaven.’
