Fungi-Foray & Lunch at Hambleton Hall

This year will be the sixth annual mushroom hunt at Hambleton Hall led by mycologist Paul Nicol. Each year the number of intrepid hunters increases & more & more mushrooms are uncovered for identification, classification & even consumption. The fungi-foray will be followed by lunch back at Hambleton Hall, where the menu will include a salad of wild mushrooms to start, a fricassé of wild mushrooms with home-made pasta as main course, & a caramelised lemon tart with rhubarb for dessert.
