The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant has been turning out tip-top British cuisine for more than half a century. In 2014 the kitchen team – lead by executive chef Ian Rudge – will emerge from Kensington’s Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel and hit the road. Replete with its own marquee and a full alcohol licence, the team is ready to serve AA Rosette-level cuisine at garden parties, festivals and private events. Organisers can choose from beef, pork, Cotswold chicken and seafood menus. Drinks packages can include any or all of Pimm’s, champagne, cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks.
