Daisy Green’s master roasters have travelled the globe – not necessarily on tricycles – to find the world’s best coffee beans. After building sustainable relationships with farmers from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala and beyond, they have developed a full flavoured medium-to-dark roast that Barny and Kitt are now delivering to events around London – by tricycle. The espresso blend changes with the season, but the aim is constant: to highlight the fruity sweetness of the various single origins within a full-bodied structure. Daisy Green only uses beans roasted within the last 10 days. Like your coffee white? The boys come with fresh organic Jersey milk from a small dairy farm in Somerset. Need sugar? They have Costa Rican organic whole cane to hand.
