Natural yoghurt is also the basis for Daisy Green’s tarts, which come with a host of intriguing toppings – from balsamic strawberries to caramelised bacon and avocado soufflé. Well known on the festival circuit, the company’s 70s ice-cream vans are ready to serve any and all of the above at private events.
