The interactive restaurant provides a range of experiences for private and corporate groups, all with the aim of building strong team relationships through cookery. Active classes start with a glass of Champagne and an amuse-bouche on arrival. Guests are then led through the cooking process of their four-course tasting menu by the venue’s chefs, before enjoying their creations with wines chosen by the house sommelier. After dinner, guests can relax over the likes of Krug Champagne and Mackmyra whisky. Meeting facilities are also available and packages can be booked for groups of up to 75.
