The ingredients used might be strictly British, but flavours hail from across the globe, with dishes just as likely to include salmon teriyaki and chilli lemongrass chicken as cheese scones and hot-roasted salmon on sourdough. Barbecues, hog roasts and fork buffets can also be provided and there’s a Fine Dining division for extra special events.
