Executive head chef Matthew Marshall, who oversees both the restaurant & catering kitchen, also sources top-notch meat & vegetables from markets around town & the cooking – like the service – is of restaurant quality across the board, whether his team is catering for 20 or 2,000. The company is on the preferred supplier list at a range of top venues, including the Guildhall & several City livery halls, & there is also event space available at Chamberlain’s restaurant in Leadenhall Market, which spreads across three floors that can all be hired separately.
