The Barclays ATP World Tour finals made its debut in London at The O2 Arena in November 2009.
The ATP World Tour showcases the world's best eight players. In contention this year are: Rafa Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, Andy Murray, Robin Soderling, David Ferrer, Tomas Berdych, Fernando Verdasco, Andy Roddick and Jo-Wilfred Tsonga.
In the singles event two groups of four players will compete in three round-robin matches – ensuring every match showcases tennis akin to the quality of at least a Grand Slam quarter-final. In the semi-finals on Saturday, the group winners will play the other group’s runner-up to decide who will contest the final on the second Sunday. No other event world-wide guarantees guests the chance to see 15 matches between the world’s top eight.
