Mint is a catering company which opened its doors for business in September 2005. Its aim, quite simply, is to provide irresistible food. With over 15 years’ experience in the event business, Pete Phillips & Simon Mitchell founded Mint in order to offer delicious, traditional British food with a modern twist, using the freshest possible seasonal ingredients. Whether it is a sit-down dinner for 600, or a private party with cocktails & mouth-watering canapés, Mint is all about good taste. Despite being a newcomer to the catering industry, it already counts several blue-chip companies among its clients.
