Now there’s no need to buy takeaway or visit your favourite restaurant when you can learn how to make Indian Food yourself at Moti Mahal’s hands-on cookery class. Designed to ensure the most interaction with the instructor, head chef Anirudh Arora, the classes are held on the last Saturday of every month. Guests will learn to make the likes of tandoori chicken with mint and coriander, crab cakes with lime leaf, pan-fried red mullet, and traditional sides like saffron rice. After each class, guests can enjoy their creations over lunch and learn how to pair wine (included in the £55 price) with Indian food.
