Fancy learning to cook with Jean-Christophe Novelli? The dishy French chef is hosting an ‘Intensive Hands-on Masterclass’ at The Novelli Academy in Hertfordshire on Saturday 28 June. As well as being taught how to create a several seasonal dishes, guests will enjoy a Champagne reception and a wine tasting. The one-day course costs £995 and includes one night’s accommodation at nearby Sopwell House Hotel and Country Club.
The academy also runs ‘Tasting and Demonstration’ days with Novelli for £495 per person, as well as classes with cookery legends such as Keith Floyd.
