The guys at Bubble Food certainly have the right to claim to be one of the most innovative caterers on the event scene. MD, Michael Collins, and Head Chef, Alejandro Diaz, are the driving force behind the firm, bringing increasingly outlandish and original canapé combinations to the corporate market, inspired by innovative & experimental Spanish restaurant el Bulli. Clients can choose from the likes of goats cheese mousse with almond crumble & spherified beetroot for bowl food, or cherry ‘space truffles’ for a pudding bite, which leaves guests going away with more than a pleasant taste in their mouth. Best suited to parties needing wow-factor, we’d use Bubble for events where theatre is as important as flavour.
