Charlotte Kruse Madsen is the Danish drive behind Madsen Food. After hospitality training in Lausanne, Paris, Brussels and Copenhagen she settled in London, founding Madsen Food in 2006. Initially a single-handed operation for Scandinavian clients, the company now delivers to corporate clients throughout London in an environmentally-friendly van. Their food is mouth-wateringly fresh, handmade, sustainably sourced and delivered on time. The menu includes Smørrebrød (Danish open sandwich) and Snitter (Scandinavian tapas) that are ideal for corporate lunches and fork buffets. Think Greenlandic prawns, smoked salmon, caviar, roast beef, parsley, patés, chives and remoulade on healthy, organic sourdoughs and rye breads.
