  1. When I was invited to review Rodizio Lebanon the name was most intriguing. It sounded Brazilian and Lebanese at the same time. As a connoisseur of world cuisine I was familiar to the concept of the rodizio style of dining and Lebanese cuisine as separate entities so, I was rather curious about the combination. Would it be Brazilian food with a Lebanese tweak or the other way round?...

    Chotto Matte | London Restaurants that Surprise Me: Chotto Matte

    I visited two restaurants in London, which surprised me for very different reasons. Chotto Matte because it was an evening of surprises! and La Bonne Heure for its quaintness! Before visiting Chotto Matte, I read most of the reviews available and felt quite apprehensive about going to Chotto Matte. All the reviews had much to say about the lack of space and quantity of food and less about the quality of food, ambience and staff. So my review is going to be all about the food. Nikkei, a Japanese-Peruvian hybrid menu is what kept us off balance all evening. We didn’t know what to expect next. Undoubtedly the food was great and as we were a large group of more than twenty people, we had a large selection of dishes from their menu...

    Santa Maria Del Sur | Lured by the meat – Santa Maria del Sur

    Like most urban, trendy, cool people we go to the gym three days a week. We really need to go to the gym. Although I don’t see any signs of weight loss, but our appetites have improved. On one such hungry day we were lured by Santa Maria del Sur, an Argentinian steakhouse in South west London. Ditching the healthy lentils, fish and fresh vegetables gave us a sense of relief and exhilaration. Santa Maria Del Sur has a nice and warm ambience, somewhere you would like to hang out with your friends or even a family dinner. The waiters who served us were knowledgeable about wine, friendly and their service was impressively fast...
