    Lazybones | Lazybones

    Lazybones is a chilled out place to eat South American style food. It offers chicken wings, pulled pork and beef brisket meals. Interestingly, there is popcorn served as if you were in the cinema. Fries and popcorn can be served in paper bags where you can add sauces and salt as you wish and then shake up. I saw a few girls do this and definitely gave off a nostalgic feeling. It reminded me of those crisps that require a packet of salt to be sprinkled and then you shake the packet...

Lovers of fine Chinese food will have heard of Phoenix Palace as it brings top quality Chinese dishes. It delivers not only the usual classics of Cantonese cuisine but a variety of dishes not commonly found in other Chinese restaurants...

    Rotary | Rotary Bar and Diner

    Recently there has been lot of new hip eateries around Shoreditch. Rotary bar diner brings American style food and lots of pint sized cocktails. I came here on an early Saturday evening for some dinner and drinks. The music and lighting was perfect as I was able to hear myself speak but at the same time, upbeat background music to keep all entertained through the night...

  4. Obika is located in Wintergarden and is very obviously a classy looking Italian café/restaurant. It is like an upmarket deli but its main focus is on mozzarella. Apparently it is flown in from Italy and this is what makes there dishes amazing. I opted for the mozzarella salad and it didn’t fail to disappoint...

    Salvation Jane | Salvation Jane - Cafe

    After, having been to Lantana, I thought why not try the sister café Salvation Jane. It is near Old Street station and is a good sized café compared to the small Lantana café. This is an Aussie style café that brings one of the best coffees and cakes to the City. Take-away baguettes and sandwiches are at the front...
