Now executive chef Dennis Kuipers’ has launched an exclusive dining experience for four-to-six guests on a 19th-century wooden salon boat, Vinkeles on the Water. Diners get to enjoy Champagne & canapés before tucking into a six-course meal prepared by Kuipers himself, with wines chosen by sommelier Bart Dignum.
