RECENTLY OPENED (April 2008)... After a 10-year absence, the Chicago Rib Shack has returned to Knightsbridge on a site just a stone’s throw from the original. The restaurant, which made its name in the 90s for serving some of the best American BBQ food in the capital, has been restored to its former chintzy glory with all the old classics on the menu – think applewood-smoked baby-back ribs, potato skins and onion loaf
