New to Grosvenor House, this all-day French brasserie offers up regional cooking inspired by chef-patron Ollie Couillaud’s gallic roots. Originally hailing from Aquitaine in south-west France, Coulliaud (previously head chef at Tom’s Kitchen) is cooking up gutsy dishes such as sea bream with olive oil mash & red pepper relish or duck confit with wild mushrooms & potato cake, as well as simple salads & cold seafood platters. There’s a patisserie offering breakfast & pastries, as well as a bar where lighter bites can be enjoyed with a glass of wine from the region.
