Fortnum & MasonTo celebrate its 300th birthday this year, Fortnum & Mason is treating itself to a whopping £24m makeover. The ongoing renovations include a complete store redesign (the new-look food hall is pictured right), and by November there’ll be five new restaurant and bar offerings with interiors by star designer David Collins and menus overseen by acclaimed chef Shaun Hill (ex-The Merchant House in Ludlow).
